Business Development
Job Description
• Identify prospect clients and build a sales pipeline via outbound calling, email communications, and other direct marketing methods.
• Qualify, allocate sales leads and initiate face-to-face appointments
• Find unique ways to attract the attention of each level executives of retail, FMCG, transportation, courier, manufacturing and e-commerce companies across from local to global.
• Sync up with team post meeting to determine meeting output and follow up appropriately to close the loop
Requirements
• Strong skills in B2B Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
• Experience in Market Research, Business Strategy, and Sales Presentations
Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills
• Knowledge of the industry sectors relevant to LogiAngle’s solutions & Enterprise sales

Roles & Responsibilities:
You’ll be a key player in our growth journey — strategizing, executing, learning, and iterating:
- Plan and execute digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, sign-ups, and retention
- Manage and optimize paid and organic campaigns across social media, email, SEO, and more
- Track performance using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Search Console
- Create compelling content for landing pages, ads, emails, and blogs
- Design and run lead nurturing campaigns and conversion funnels
- Collaborate across teams to maintain a cohesive brand voice and message
- Continuously test, learn, and experiment — growth hacking mindset is essential
Requirements
What we are looking for (Must Haves):
- Prior experience in startups or lean teams where you owned execution

- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console
- Proficiency in Email marketing tools (e.g. Mailchimp, Brevo, etc.)
- Proficiency in SEO and content strategy

- Strong communication skills — especially in writing and campaign planning

- Portfolio of growth experiments (even failed ones!)

- Familiarity with A/B testing, user journeys, and conversion funnels
